Journey Through the Psalms: Psalm 3

But you, Lord, are a shield around me, my glory, the One who lifts my head high.I call out to the Lord, and he answers me from his holy mountain. I lie down and sleep; I wake again, because the Lord sustains me. Psalm 3: 3-5

Psalm 3 is a powerful reminder that no matter what problem you may be facing or who might be against you, the God of the universe is FOR you. He knows your needs, hears your prayers and will answer them. The Lord never meant for his children to lose sleep worrying about anything.
