SOC: Creative Spaces
I am a creative who can’t stop creating I love designing websites, photographing Nature and creating color palettes. I’m a writer who loves to write. I love blogging too and at one point, I was writing 3 niche blogs and an online niche magazine, in addition to studying code and learning to design websites.
Obviously, I was tripping and over extending myself.
Eventually I realized I had to shut a couple things down, so I did. My ego was bruised a little bit but I’ve gotten a lot better at allowing common sense to prevail. See, I want to write about all of the stuff that interests me, but I don’t want to be scattered all over the place. The ‘blogging experts’ advise selecting and sticking to one niche and for a long time, that’s what I did.
I’m done with that nonsense. I have too many interests to be niched and I’m no longer content to limit what I write in this space – that I pay for.
I would not allow the opinions of ‘experts’ to dictate what I do in my house, so why would I allow opinions to influence what I write on my blog. That doesn’t work for me anymore.
When I started this blog I was clear. I named it Taylor Cares because it was to be the place I shared the things I care about. That was the plan. Sharing my spiritual journey is important to me, but I also want to share other equally important journeys. So that is what I am going to do.
This is my blog. I will write what I please.
