Forgive Me / A Prayer

Forgive me Father.

I’ve been so wrapped up in all things worldly that I have neglected spending time with you, in your Word. By my actions I’ve shown a complete lack of faith in Your ability to supply all of my needs. Forgetting that Your strength is made perfect in my weakness, I’ve allowed myself to worry about things, like car repairs, money, bills etc.,

Thank you for loving me, forgiving me and guiding me back when I stray. Thank You for reminding me that You are indeed my shepherd, I want for nothing. I’m putting myself in cruise mode and letting You take the wheel. I’m going to lean way back, relax and close my eyes so I’m not even tempted to give directions. With You in control, I already know the outcome will be for my good and I’ll end up exactly where I’m supposed to be. Thank You Father God, in the mighty, holy and blessed name of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior, Amen.
