God’s Promises: 11 Awesome Verses of Promise
Awake you who sleep, Arise from the dead, And Christ will give you light. Eph 5:14
It’s a cloudy, lackluster Monday morning. My daughter is fighting a cold and my spirit could really use a pick me up. We all have these blah days, but thank God, there is relief for every circumstance in His Word. Sometimes a simple reminder of God’s intentions toward us will brighten any day. The Bible is literally filled with His promises to and for us. These are just a few. It is my hope that they encourage and bless you and strengthen your faith today.
Deuteronomy 28:2-6 And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you if you heed the voice of the Lord your God. Blessed shall you be in the city and blessed shall you be in the field. Blessed shall be the fruit of your body and the fruit of your ground and the fruit of your beasts, the increase of your cattle and the young of your flock. Blessed shall be your basket and your kneading trough. Blessed shall you be when you come in and blessed shall you be when you go out.
Isaiah 54:10 “For the mountains shall depart and the hills be removed, But My kindness shall not depart from you. Nor shall My covenant of peace be removed,” Says the Lord, who has mercy on you.
Psalm 31:24 Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart, All you who hope in the Lord.
Psalm 33: 18 Behold, the eye of the Lord is on those who fear Him. On those who hope in His mercy.
Psalm 37:4 Delight yourself also in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Zephaniah 3:17 The Lord your God in your midst, The Mighty One, will save; He will rejoice over you with gladness, He will quiet you with His love, He will rejoice over you with singing.
