Today I am grateful for…
*Surprises – A phone call from my niece woke me up this morning. “Auntie, I’m at the front door. I came by to have breakfast with you.” She came in with hugs, kisses and enormous platters of eggs, bacon and pancakes. Yum. Life is good.
* Help – my nephew cleaned all of the snow off of my car yesterday. It was a big job and I’m so happy I didn’t have to get out there and do it myself.
* School – classes will resume tomorrow. Snow forced schools to close last Thursday and Friday. Yesterday was President’s Day. My daughter has been home 5 days. She’s stir-crazy and I’m just holding on by the grace of God 🙂
