How To Manifest More Happiness
Everyone wants to be happy.
Most of the people I have asked what they wanted, all said something like, “I just want to be happy” or “A little more happiness in my life”. Clearly, most of them believe some person, place or thing outside of themselves has the power to make them happy.
Nothing and no one has that power. You are the only one who can make you happy.
You are a powerful, and creative spiritual being having a human experience. But life happens and sometimes we get so caught up in the experience, in the minutiae of living our day to day lives – we forget. When that happens, we disconnect from the Source of true happiness and start looking for it elsewhere.
If you want to experience more happiness, you can do just that. Starting now.
7 Ways to manifest more happiness in your life.
- Choose Happiness.
It’s just that simple. Choose to be happy. Every. Single. Day. Decide to be happy, no matter what. You always have a choice. Set your intention every morning. - Pay attention to your thoughts.
Thoughts are powerful. If you’re not experiencing the happy, joyful feelings you want to have, it’s because your thoughts are preventing it. Everything begins with a thought and this is the reason we should make it a practice to examine the thoughts that enter our minds. - Smile
Scientific research shows smiling will automatically and instantly lift your mood. Go ahead. Try it now. I promise you’ll feel happier. - Be Grateful
If you want more happiness in your life, change your focus. Don’t spend any more time giving your precious energy to what you don’t have. When you feel and express gratitude for all of the beauty, and love, and magic that is present in your life at this time, you will attract more beauty, more love, and more magical moments. - Meditate
A daily meditation practice is magical. As little 10 minutes a day can change your life. The physical, emotional and spiritual benefits of meditating are numerous and well documented. If you’d like to learn more, check out this article by Harvard Medical School. - Speak Affirmations
Choose affirmations that resonates with your spirit. Spend a few minutes speaking the affirmation(s) out loud several times a day. It’s important to speak your affirmation out loud. “You shall have what you say.” These short positve statements can quickly change your mindset and your focus to a happier state. - Exercise
Moving your body releases endorphins which are one of the four “feel good hormones”. Endorphins have been shown to help reduce stress, alleviate anxiety and improve self esteem. Exercising outside is best because you get the sunshine and vitamin D benefits as well.
