Taylor’s Tip | Examine Every Thought
“As a man thinketh…”
Do you ever take the time to really pay attention to your thoughts? I mean really zero in on whats flitting in and out of your mind at any given moment? The human mind is so amazing, and I am awestruck by the fact that on average we think over 60,000 thoughts a day!
Most of those thoughts, however, are the same ones we had yesterday and the day before and unfortunately, most of them are negative because that is the way our minds have been programmed. Thankfully, we have the ability to deprogram and reprogram. We get to choose what we think.
Have you ever caught yourself entertaining negativity and wondered how you got there? The soil that is our minds, is so rich and fertile, that whatever is planted there will take root, will grow and will produce fruit. That’s not a supposition. That’s a fact. Everything begins with a thought and this is the reason we should make it a practice to examine the thoughts that enter our minds.
A quick look at the types of thoughts you have will tell you what has been growing there. Are they peaceful, trusting, loving and joyful? Or are you spending a lot of time worrying, regretting, doubting, feeling afraid and anxious?

We can decide which thoughts we keep and those that need to be cast out – before they grow. When negativity seeps in, we have to recognize it for what it is and get rid of it.
Like attracts like. With every thought, you are sending your vibrations out into the universe and you get back what you send. So make it marvelous!
